Lena Eibl studied social and business communication at the Universität der Künste Berlin. Since the 2024/25 season, she has been working at the Theater und Orchester Heidelberg as a costume assistant. She has assisted with the children's and youth theatre productions of »Momo« and »Funken«; with the plays »Der talentierte Mr. Ripley«, »Die Ärztin« and »Tod eines Handlungsreisenden«; and with the opera »Carmen« at the Heidelberger Schlossfestspielen. In the season 2025/26, she is designing the costumes for the children's play »MEINS und DEINS« (director: Cédric Pintarelli). In the inclusive theatre project »Ein Platz im Gedächtnis« (production manager: Jana Gmelin), she is working with the participants and the production team on the stage and costumes.
