Claudine Nehs grew up in Luxembourg and moved to Karlsruhe to study cultural management. After completing her master's degree, she gained a wide range of experience in event management, including at Rausgegangen Köln, where she worked on projects such as the Geheimkonzerte (secret concerts) and the Zusammen Leuchten Festival, as well as at the c/o pop Festival in Cologne.
Her first professional positions took her to the Agentur 190a as a project assistant and to the Soundsgood Music Agency as a production manager for concerts.
In the 2024/25 season, Claudine Nehs worked as a production assistant at the Heidelberg Stückemarkt of the Theater und Orchester Heidelberg. From the 2025/26 season onwards, she takes over the organisation of the Young Theatre.
