Orina Vogt did her Bachelor´s degree in German Language and Literature, as well as History, at the Universität Basel, before going on to study Dramaturgy at the Bayerische Theaterakademie August Everding in Munich. During her studies, she completed directing and dramaturgie internships in various productions at Theater Basel. For her master's degree, she worked as a dramaturge on several productions and, alongside other students, curated the international student theatre festival UWE. She also supported the team of the SPIELART Theatre Festival in Munich in editing and communication. Following the completion of her Master's degree, Orina Vogt worked from 2024 to 2025 for the Swiss Radio and Television and produced both television and radio programmes on topics of current cultural interest. She was also writing as a freelance theatre critic for an art magazine in Basel. Since the 2025/26 season, she is an assistant dramaturge at the Theater und Orchester Heidelberg.
