Sarah Finkel

Sarah Finkel was born in Landshut in 1994. After graduating from high school, she first began training at the vocational school for wood sculptors in Oberammergau before completing her acting training at the Athanor Academy for Performing Arts in Passau from 2013 to 2017. She then worked as a freelancer, including at the Theater Paderborn. From 2019 to 2022, Sarah Finkel was a member of the ensemble at the Junges Theater Heilbronn. Here she played Sabah in Fabrice Melquiots' »Die Zertrennlichen« and Lisa in Sibylle Berg's »Mein ziemlich seltsamer Freund Walter«, among other roles. From 2022/23 to 2024/25, Sarah Finkel was a member of the ensemble at the Theater Heilbronn, where she appeared in the musical revue »Born to Be Wild?« by Kai Tietje and Stefan Huber, as Zarina in Ayad Akhtar's »The Who and the What«, in »Confessions of Felix Krull« based on Thomas Mann, as Melanie Paff in the comedy »Extrawurst«, as Martha Boll in Dürrenmatt's »The Physicists«, as Amal in »God Waits at the Bus Stop«, as Tessa in »Prima Facie« and as Gerlinde in »Eisenstein«. Sarah Finkel now works as a freelancer and can be seen at the Theater und Orchester Heidelberg in 2025/26 in the revue »Völlig losgelöst« and in the world premiere of »Always Coming Home«.
