Flo Sohn

Flo Sohn was a member of the ensemble at Theater & Orchester Heidelberg during the 2025/26 season. He was born in Laichingen, near Ulm, in 1997. After successfully completing his apprenticeship as an electronics technician specialising in automation technology, Flo Sohn began training as a musical theatre performer in Hamburg in 2020, but dropped out after the first year and transferred to the Max Reinhardt Seminar in Vienna to study acting. During his studies, he appeared in numerous theatre productions, including at the Burgtheater Casino, the Hin & Weg Festival in Litschau, the Theater Drachengasse and the Wiener Festwochen, as well as in various productions at the Max Reinhardt Seminar. For his portrayal of Heinrich Weber in the British short film »A Love Worth Fighting For«, Flo Sohn was awarded the Best Actor prize at the Luleå International Film Festival in 2023. At Theater & Orchester Heidelberg in 2025/26, Flo Sohn appeared, amongst other roles, in the title role of »Tschick«, in » If the Widow Wishes to Be Addressed She Puts the Watering Can on the Grave with the Spout Facing Forward« (based on Saša Stanišić), and as Victor Frankenstein in »Frankenstein« at the Heidelberger Schlossfestspiele.
