Ute Radler

Ute Radler, born in Hamburg, worked as an assistant set designer at Thalia Theater in Hamburg from 2011 to 2014, following her studies at the Kunsthochschule Berlin Weißensee and the UPV Bilbao. Since then, she has been designing sets and costumes for theatre and opera productions at venues including the Thalia Theater in Hamburg, Kampnagel Hamburg, the Deutsches Theater in Göttingen, the Theater in Osnabrück, the Deutsches Schauspielhaus in Hamburg, the Staatsoper Hamburg, the Theater Basel and the Theater Konstanz, working with directors such as Antje Thoms, Ron Zimmering, Georg Münzel, Branko Šimić, Moritz Beichl and Franziska Autzen. At Theater & Orchester Heidelberg, Ute Radler designed the set and costumes for the world premiere of »Das weiße Dorf« by Teresa Dopler in 2021. In the 2026/27 season, she will design the set for the world premiere of »The Hearing« by Anne Münch.
