Valentin Schroeteler

Valentin Schroeteler, born and raised in Lucerne (CH) in 1994, is a freelance actor, theatre musician and writer, currently living in Hamburg. Valentin studied acting at the Hochschule für Musik, Theater und Medien in Hanover (graduated in 2019) and was a member of the ensemble at the Junges Theater Münster (artistic director: Monika Marta Kosik) for three years (2019–2022).

He is also a co-founder of the street circus troupe Compagnie Trottvoir in Switzerland and went on tour with them four times (2012–2015). To date, he has worked as an actor and theatre musician at venues including the Staatstheater Hannover, DT Göttingen, Theater Münster, Theater Strahl and TdJW Leipzig. He collaborates with, amongst others, Lucia Bihler, Ekat Cordes, Sergej Gößner, Volker Hesse, Swantje Lena Kleff, Jonas Steglich and Mathias Spaan.
