Laura Schuster Camposeco

Laura Schuster Camposeco was born and brought up in Wiesbaden. She studied to become a primary school teacher, specialising in German and Art, and theatre education at Pädagogischen Hochschule Heidelberg (Heidelberg University of Education). She worked as a research assistant and tutor in the departments of Theatre Education and Voice Training, where she founded and ran ‘Tutorium für die Stimme’. Most recently, she worked as a lecturer in the Department of Theatre Education. She completed her professional training in 2025/26.

Laura Schuster Camposeco grew up bilingual (German and Spanish). She has carried out theatre projects with children and young people in Peru and Guatemala. Further projects have taken her to the Elizabeth Samuels Drama School in London, Marmara-Üniversitesi in Istanbul, the Performance Theater Heidelberg and various primary schools in the Heidelberg area.

In her artistic and educational work, she focuses particularly on the voice and speech on stage, as well as multilingual theatre projects.

Starting with the 2026/27 season, Laura Schuster Camposeco is a theatre educator at the Junges Theater Heidelberg.
