Capucine Schattleitner had her first experience of artistic movement in vaulting (acrobatics on horses), which she practised for 10 years at national level. In her late teens she discovered the broad field of dance, and at the age of 18 began her professional dance training at the Iwanson International School of Contemporary Dance in Munich. She also spent a year with the junior company Fre3 Bodies in Barcelona, directed by Nadine Gerspacher. In recent years she has participated in the B12 Festival in Berlin. She currently lives in Berlin, where she freelances and trains alongside her studies in theatre. She was part of the last production »16 Bit« by Haptic Hide and is currently involved in a project with Yoshiko Waki. In the 2022/23 season she is an intern at Dance Theatre Heidelberg.
