Yi-Wei Lo was born in 1987 in Taipei, Taiwan. She started dancing with the Dance Forum Taipei in 2010. During her six years with the company she worked with different choreographers such as Iván Pérez and Marina Mascarell. In 2015 she danced in Iván Pérez’ work »HUI« − a cooperation of Dance Forum Taipei (Taiwan), Anmaro Asia Arts (The Netherlands) and Cryptic (UK). Yi-Wei was also part of the production »Island/Wyspa« − a cooperation of INNE, Iván Pérez’s former company and the Song of the Goat Theatre in Wroclaw, Poland. With the season 2018/19 Yi-Wei Lo became part of the Dance Theatre Heidelberg.
