Urban dance is for everyone, even the little ones. That’s why Nostos Tanztheater, together with Mr. Quick (David Kwiek) and the Heiliggeistkirche, is organising a Church Battle for children from 3 years old and young people up to the age of 18, in addition to the Church Battle for adult dancers (see page 99). Come straight to registration at 1:00 p. m. and compete in your dance styles with other dance enthusiasts. Mr. Quick will be hosting, and the judges are Adnane Zaatouri, Brooklyn, WooSang Jeon, and Angelo Berber. You can win a cool new outfit. In ddition to the battles, there will also be plenty for the audience: In his popping piece »Klassenbester«, host David Kwiek addresses social background and grievances, tackles structural discrimination and class structures, and issues an invitation to empathy.
