We go one step further: This »Freiraum« gives dancers of Dance Theatre Heidelberg the opportunity to develop their choreographic skills and to present them. Their performances are longer and more comprehensive than previous works.
Together with their colleagues, they create complex landscapes of movements and tell stories underlining their individual artistic signatures. »Freiraum« does not just showcase our company’s virtuosity in dance but also the artistic depth that arises when dancers turn into choreographers and open up new perspectives on movement and expression.
The production of the decorative parts is carried out in the workshops of the Theater und Orchester Heidelberg.
