3rd Castle Concert: Music for the Royal Fireworks

This is followed by George Frideric Handel's sparkling »Music for the Royal Fireworks«, which builds the tension for the grand finale with baroque splendour and festive brilliance. Handel wrote this work in 1749 for a royal celebration – and its majestic sounds still exude an irresistible radiance today.
