5th Castle Concert: Addio!

Against the historic backdrop of Heidelberg Castle, the Philharmonische Orchester Heidelberg, together with the opera ensemble of Theater und Orchester Heidelberg, invites you to a glittering gala evening. Under the musical direction of all the conductors of the Heidelberg theatre, the most beautiful arias, duets, ensemble scenes and choruses from the world of opera will be performed – from the Italian passion of Puccini to the dramatic depth of Verdi. All the singers of the Heidelberg ensemble, now nearing the end of Holger Schultze's tenure as artistic director, lend emotional radiance and vocal brilliance to the classics of musical theatre.
