AKRYL’s live sound showcases a unique, distinct musical language: indie pop and folk, blended with hints of electronically distorted elements, gentle harmonies, driving guitars, and earthy brass. The result is AKRYL—half fictional character, half pixelated self-portrait. Her music is both an intimate expression and an artistic creative impulse; the lyrical compositions are lived poetry that provoke reflection and awaken deep personal memories and emotions. The trained multi-instrumentalist, producer, and singer meticulously crafts the arrangements for her songs, creating, discarding, and reassembling them until everything fits together. Last fall, AKRYL was on the road for her first headlining tour.
