A reality show by the QUEERclub [14-30], very loosely based on Bram Stoker’s »Dracula«
14 contestants, 4 challenges and 1 big dream: to become a vampire. This is what the contestants are competing for in the reality show »mortal and afraid«, which would make even the father of all vampires, Count Dracula, proud! Although – would it? Does the world’s most famous vampire still have anything to do with how we perceive vampirism in today’s pop culture? What does being a vampire even mean anymore, apart from no more garlic and eternal life? And is that really what the contestants want?
Taking its inspiration from Bram Stoker’s “Dracula”, this season, the QUEERclub sets out on a quest for beauty, strength and immortality. Because only one can be Germany’s… you know the drill.
