»Hope Hunt and the Ascension into Lazarus« lies between the lines of physical theatre, social proclamation, and dance. The performer morphs from one character into the next. Through language, movement and sound, we are whirled through ideas of masculinity, morality and sound. The performer takes the audience through forgotten parts of her memory.
Oona Doherty is an Irish choreographer and dancer who has been internationally active since 2010. In 2017, the Irish Times voted her one of the Top 10 Irish artists. Her choreographies have won multiple awards.
»La medida que nos ha de dividir« is a short duo about the wish to be together, to share a life in common and to sustain it, not knowing what the future will hold behind its horizon. With a strong presence of physicality, the two performers measure, intertwine and caress each other creating a choreographic script about affection, the passing of time, and human impulses.
Qabalum is a young contemporary dance collective founded in Pamplona in 2020, dedicated to dance creation and performance, teaching, and cultural mediation.
