Film screening: »Chronik einer Entmietung« by Ulrike Baur

A lot of money can be made with chic condominiums in preferred residential areas - but the previous tenants are often not taken into consideration during luxury refurbishments. In 2010, the Heidelberg documentary filmmaker Ulrike Baur followed a conflict in Neuenheim at close quarters for many months. 

The film screening will be followed by a discussion with Christoph Nestor, Office Manager of the Mieterverein Heidelberg from 1990 to 2022.
