Panel discussion: Theatre in Canada
In its international guest performance programme, Heidelberger Stückemarkt 2026 will showcase outstanding English-language, French-language and multilingual theatre works from Canada's urban centres and rural provinces.
A panel discussion featuring experts will explore the guest country’s theme in greater depth. The panellists are: Alexandre Cadieux from the CEAD Montréal association of playwrights, Joshua Dalledonne, artistic producer and organiser, Émilie Monnet, author of »Marguerite: Das Feuer«, and Anand Rajaram, a theatre maker from Toronto. The discussion will be moderated by Susanne Burkhardt from Deutschlandfunk Kultur.
