New Year’s Concert

Gershwin, Bernstein, Porter, Kern, Antheil, Hammerstein, Loewe: Classics of American music are presented by the Philharmonisches Orchester Heidelberg under the direction of Dietger Holm at the turn of the year. Guest singer is Alison Buchanan, who will provide feeling, groove and festivity with her fascinating soprano. Broadway mood at the turn of the year is guaranteed with songs like Gershwin's »Embraceable you«, Porter's »Everytime we say goodbye« or rousing orchestral works like Bernstein's »Three Dance Episodes«.
