Tickets
Disabled persons with a disability of 50% or more and holders of a Heidelberg Pass receive a 50% discount in advance on presentation of the relevant ID. This does not apply to the Heidelberger Schlossfestspiele and the Christmas Fairytale, however.
Please book particularly suitable seats for the respective offer and tickets for the theatre tours at the ticket office. Other seats are also available to buy online in the webshop.
How to book tickets at the theatre box office:
- Call 06221 / 5820 000 or send an email to tickets [at] theater.heidelberg.de.
- State the desired event and the corresponding additional offer.
- The staff will recommend the best possible seats for you.
- The theatre tickets will be booked directly and sent to you by post or email.
- Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal or invoice.
- That's it! Enjoy!

Booking enquiries for groups are possible at any time, even independently of the advance booking dates.
On request, we also offer tours in English and accessible theatre tours as part of theater+. A look behind the scenes is possible as a tactile tour, a tour with translation into German Sign Language (DGS) and as a wheelchair-accessible tour.
