Streetcar lines 22 and 26 as well as bus lines 28, 34 and 721 stop at the Hauptbahnhof Süd stop, in the immediate vicinity of the HCC.

The HCC is at a 2-minute walk from the main railway station (Hauptbahnhof Heidelberg) directly via the new south exit/the pedestrian bridge into Bahnstadt.

The following applies to all venues: As usual, our tickets include the Kombi-Ticket of the Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Neckar (VRN) and are thus valid as tickets for buses, trams and released trains (RE, RB and S-Bahn) in the VRN. The ticket is valid on the day of the performance and until 3 a.m. the following day. It is therefore worthwhile collecting reserved tickets before the day of the performance.

The parking garage P21 is located directly under the Heidelberg Congress Center. The entrance is at the rear of the HCC in Goeppert-Mayer-Straße.

On concert evenings, an evening flat rate of 7 euros applies from 18:00 to 2 hours after the end of the event.

• When entering the car park, the licence plate number is recorded by camera and the parking time begins.
• The evening fee can be paid immediately or at a later time during the parking period by entering the licence plate number at one of the pay stations - in cash or by EC card or Paypal, not by credit card!
• Payment by licence plate number is checked on exit.
