After studying German and ancient history in Heidelberg and training as an actress at the Schule für Schauspiel Hamburg, Lisa Koenen worked at various theatres such as the Theater Ulm, Theater Lübeck and Nationaltheater Mannheim as an assistant director in both Theatre and Opera and Musical Theatre and also as head of human resources and marketing in the independent sector.
From the 2022/23 season, she will take up her position as production manager and artistic associate at the Heidelberger Stückemarkt.
