Margarita Bock studied scenography at the Toneelacademie Maastricht from 2013 to 2018. During her studies, she interned at the Grenzlandtheater Aachen for the production »Das Jahr des magischen Denkens« (set design: Manfred Schneider) and at the Hamburg State Opera for the production »Immer weiter« directed by Wolfgang Nägele and Clara Pons. In 2016 she was responsible for the production »Dusk« by the dance company Nanine Linning as a set assistant at Theater und Orchester Heidelberg. For GRETA, the young Grenzlandtheater Aachen, she designed the set for the children's and youth production »Asip und Jenny« in 2017.
She received her first permanent engagement as a set design assistant at Theater Osnabrück from 2018 to 2020. In the 2019/20 season, she took over the set design for the theatre reading tour »Frankenstein oder der moderne Prometheus«. For the children's opera »Gold!« in 2020, she designed the set and created the costumes. In the 2020/21 season, she was assistant stage designer at the Theater und Orchester Heidelberg, where she designed the first and second family concerts. In the 2022/23 season, she is responsible for the set design of the German premiere of »La Linea« (director: Florian Huber).
