Alejandro Leiva Wenger (*1976) made his writing debut with a volume of short stories in 2001. He writes screenplays, audio plays and dramas. His play »Leichenschmaus/Minnesstund« was staged in Stockholm in 2016 and in Malmö in 2019. In 2020, he participated in the international project »Urgent Drama« in Gothenburg, which gave playwrights from several countries the opportunity to develop plays about COVID-19 and its effects.
