Roland Bayer

Roland Bayer attended the Musikakademie in Nürnberg. He was engaged at the Nationaltheater Mannheim, the Theater und Orchester Heidelberg, the Staatstheater Kassel, the Bayerisches Staatsschauspiel and from 2001 to 2009 at the Schauspiel Frankfurt. He has been a freelance actor since 2009 and was a regular guest at the Schauspielhaus Bochum. He has worked with directors including Matthias Hartmann, Amélie Niermeyer, Hans Neuenfels, Andreas Kriegenburg, Anselm Weber, Armin Petras and Jan Neumann. At the Theater und Orchester Heidelberg he most recently performed in »Kitschgarten« directed by Milan Peschel and the role of Sigmund Freud in »Der Trafikant«, directed by Marcel Kohler.
