Laura Immler

Laura Immler, born in Munich in 1993, lives in Leipzig and develops spatial and stage concepts, sound and video works for theatres and art spaces. Her works revolve around theoretical analyses of a (post-)capitalist society, the observation of places and the questioning of one's own location, resource flows and future life on a destroyed planet. She assisted at Schauspielhaus Bochum and Städtische Bühnen Frankfurt. Since 2018, she has frequently worked with the fachbetrieb rita grechen collective, including at Schaubühne Lindenfels, Festspielhaus Hellerau, Pathos Munich and the D21 Kunstraum. Together with director Hannah Frauenrath, she developed the play »Tatort 110 - Zwei Krimiserien auf der Spur« at Landestheater Detmold in 2023 and designes the set and costumes for the world premiere of »Blaupause« by Leonie Lorena Wyss at Theater und Orchester Heidelberg in 2024.
