Julia Staufer

Julia Staufer was born in Kehl am Rhein in 1996. After completing a FSJ in culture at Theater Baden-Baden, she studied at Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Frankfurt from 2016 to 2020. During this time, she made guest appearances at Schauspiel Frankfurt and received the HfMDK's sponsorship award for young actors for the play »Patentöchter«. Her first engagement was at Landestheater Tübingen in 2020, where she played Marie in »Woyzeck«, the title role in »Maria Stuart« and Cecily Cardew in »Bunbury«. She has worked with directors such as Christiane Pohle, Marlene Anna Schäfer, Jan Neumann and Malte C. Lachmann. Since 2023/24, Julia Staufer has been working as a freelance actress on stage and in front of the camera and is also active as a speaker. For the world premiere of »Blaupause«, she will make her first guest appearance at Theater und Orchester Heidelberg in 2023/24.
