Fabian Kuss studied jazz and popular singing at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Leipzig. After graduating in 2015, he moved back to Berlin and founded a recording studio where he realises commissions for clients from the fields of music, advertising, theatre and film.
Since 2016, Fabian Kuss has had regular collaborations as a composer and sound designer with the Junges Schauspielhaus Hamburg, Deutsches Theater Göttingen, Theater Münster, Theater Paderborn, Hans-Otto-Theater Potsdam, Theater Paderborn and others with directors Ruth Messing, Frank Behnke, Michael Letmathe, Moritz Beichl, Sebastian Martin and Moritz Peters. With his band project YEAH BUT NO, he released the eponymous electronica debut album on the Berlin label Sinnbus in 2017. Tours through Europe followed in 2018-2022, as well as the highly acclaimed second album DEMONS.
