As the daughter of the freelance actor Bernd Lafrenz, the Freiburg-born bundle of energy Lena Lafrenz, born in Freiburg, became acquainted with the stage at an early age. grew up with the stage and took part in numerous theatre tours. Even in her younger years, she danced various styles of dance and completed her training as a professional stage dancer with acting and singing in 2015 at the Freiburg Academy for Dance. Afterwards she taught and choreographed at the same school, led the jazz department and two companies of the dance school and danced several shows herself in the jazz company »Release«. She loves teaching, to this day it is a big part of her life. Her nationwide workshops are also always very popular. In Cologne followed an engagement as a dancer, dance double and choreography assistant for for the RTL series »Alles was zählt«. She also stood on stage for: »Revolverheld«, »DJ Bobo«, »The Dome«, ARD - »Verstehen Sie Spaß«, PRO 7 - »Bundesvision Song Contest« and many more artists and production companies. In 2016, Lena Lafrenz discovered her great passion for musicals and has since been seen on stage in the following productions on stage: »Paradise of Pain« (Staatstheater Saarbrücken; directed by Sebastian Welker), »Cabaret« (Staatstheater Darmstadt; director Nicole Claudia Weber), »Evita« (Staatstheater Darmstadt; directed by Erik Petersen), »Footloose« (Staatstheater Darmstadt; directed by Erik Petersen). In almost all productions she also took on the position of Dance Captain. In 2020, Lena Lafrenz met director Andrea Schwalbach during the production of »Ball im Savoy« at the Staatstheater Darmstadt. This was followed by a collaboration for »Les Contes d'Hoffmann« at the Theater und Orchester Heidelberg.
