Christoph Bernewitz

Christoph Bernewitz studied jazz guitar at the Musikhochschule Franz Liszt in Weimar and played in the band of the artist Clueso from 2002 to 2015. They released 5 studio albums, 3 live albums and played many concerts in Germany, New Zealand, China and Australia. Since 2015 Christoph has been on the road as a live and studio guitarist for artists such as Niels Frevert, Cäthe, Crucchi Gang, Tele, Annett Lousian, Lisa Bassenge, Jazzanova and is active as a producer and composer.
After the musical conception for the world premiere of Roland Schimmelpfennig's »Das Märchen von der kleinen Meerjungfrau«  in 2022/23, Christoph Bernewitz will develop the music for »Der Trafikant« at Theater und Orchester Heidelberg in 2023/24.
