Eva Maria Nikolaus

Eva Maria Nikolaus was born in 1994. She first studied classical singing at Folkwang Universität der Künste and Universität der Künste Berlin before taking up her acting studies at Hochschule für Schauspielkunst »Ernst Busch«  in 2016. She has appeared in »Der Diktator« at Neuköllner Oper and »Moby Dick« at Volksbühne Berlin, among others. Eva Maria Nikolaus is a multiple prize winner of the German Bundeswettbewerb Gesang in the chanson category. From 2019 to 2023 she was a permanent ensemble member at Deutsches Schauspielhaus Hamburg. There she performed, among others, in »Geschichten aus dem Wiener Wald« (Director: Heike M. Goetze), »J' accuse!« (Director: René Pollesch), »Was Nina wusste« (Director: Dušan David Pařízek), »Ivanov« (Director: Karin Beier), »Die acht Oktavhefte« (Director: Thom Luz) and »Jeeps« (Director: Heike M. Goetze). In 2023/24 Eva Maria Nikolaus makes her first guest appearance at Theater und Orchester Heidelberg in »Die Zeit fährt Auto«.
