Born in 1991 in Valence, France Marc Galves began his dance training at the age of 9. In 2006, he entered the Paris Conservatoire’s 5 year contemporary course. After graduating, he joined the CCN – Ballet de Lorraine and participated in creations with different choreographers such as Mathilde Monnier, Maria LaRibot, Faustin Linyekula and Gisèle Vienne. In July 2013, Marc joined the London based company Balletboyz where he worked with Iván Pérez, Javier de Frutos, Christopher Wheeldon and Russel Maliphant amongst others. He’s been dancing Iván’s work at the Balletbyoz since 2015 and joined the new Dance Theatre Heidelberg in September 2018.
