Leonie Kolhoff

Leonie Kolhoff was born in Berlin in 1995. She studied history and theatre studies in Berlin from 2014 to 2017. From 2014, she gained her first theatre experience at Deutsche Oper Berlin and performed in the production »Gilgamesh Must Die!«, among others. This was followed by an Assistant Director position at Theater Mannheim and a Directing Internship at Berliner Ensemble. From 2016, she was a member of the Jugendclub P14 at Berliner Volksbühne am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz. In 2017, Leonie Kolhoff switched to studying acting at Hochschule der Künste Bern, where she completed her Bachelor's degree and then her Master's degree in »Expanded Theatre« with her own project »Sometimes I don't know where the bullsh*t ends and the truth begins«. In the season 2019/20, she appeared in several productions at Theater St. Gallen as part of the acting studio. From 2019 to 2022, she was a scholarship holder of the Cusanuswerk and a winner of the Armin-Ziegler-Stiftung. After completing her acting training, she performed in the production »Atlantic Zero« at HfS Ernst Busch and worked in film management at Studio Babelsberg. In the season 2023/24, Leonie was a permanent ensemble member of Junges Theater Heidelberg.
