Franziska Kühnle

Franziska Kühnle was born in Waiblingen near Stuttgart and completed a federal voluntary service in theatre education at Burghofbühne Dinslaken, a regional theatre in the district of Wesel. In 2023, she graduated as a state-certified theatre pedagogue from the Academy of Performing Arts Bavaria in Regensburg. There, in her second year of study, she received the Förderpreis der Freunde der ADK Bayern for her production of the youth play »Unter W@sser«. As part of her studies, she also ran the ADK Bayern's youth club and developed a production with young people on the subject of »Rebellion«. In 2023, she staged the youth play »Krabat« at Landestheater Oberpfalz. It is important to Franziska to find together with young people their voice and to show that it deserves to be heard. Franziska Kühnle has been a theatre teacher at the Junges Theater Heidelberg since the 2023/2024 season.
