Jonah Moritz Quast was born in 1995 and grew up in Cologne. He studied acting at the Akademie für Darstellende Kunst Baden-Württemberg from 2016 to 2019, where he worked with directors such as Christiane Pohle, Astrid Meyerfeldt, Christian von Treskow and Ted Stoffer. He gained filming experience with Clemens Schick, Florian Gottschick and Kai Wessel, among others. While still a student, he played in »Wallenstein« at Theater Augsburg in 2017 and was a guest performer in the world premiere of »Der Westen« at Theater Aachen and in »Auerhaus« at Theater Heidelberg in 2019. From the 2019/20 season on, Jonah Moritz Quast is a permanent ensemble member at Theater und Orchester Heidelberg. Important roles here included Dorante in »Das Spiel von Liebe und Zufall«, Beckmann in »Draußen vor der Tür« and the speaking role in the dance production »Warten auf die Barbaren«.
