Annabelle Ruth studied musicology and sociology at the Universität Heidelberg and graduated on the topic of historically informed performance of baroque opera at the Musicology Department with Prof. Dr. Christoph Flamm.
During her studies, Annabelle Ruth assisted in many music and theatre pedagogical projects at the Theater und Orchester Heidelberg, the Theater im Karlstorbahnhof and the Heidelberger Frühling.
Also in Heidelberg, she completed further training as a music theatre pedagogue at the Theaterwerkstatt in March 2023 and has been working as a concert and music theatre pedagogue at the Theater und Orchester Heidelberg since the 2023/24 season.
