Timo Jander was born in Bonn in 1997.
From 2017 to 2019, Timo Jander studied philosophy and German language and literature at Universität zu Köln. At the same time, he acted at Junges Theater Leverkusen, where he also gained his first experiences in directing.
In spring 2019, he moved to Bern to study acting Hochschule der Künste Bern, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in 2022 and starting a Master's degree in Expanded Theatre. In the 2021/22 season, he performed in various productions at Bühnen Bern and founded the interdisciplinary theatre association »Fundamänt B« with several other artists.
Starting with the 2022/23 season, Timo Jander will be a member of the ensemble at Junges Theater Heidelberg.
